P
PRIVACY NOTICE

A PRIVATE ENQUIRY, HANDLED WITH PURPOSE.

Only the information needed to review and respond to a collector, adviser, or media enquiry is requested.

WHAT IS COLLECTED

Name, email, country, enquiry role and interest are required. Phone, message, timing, preferred language, budget-readiness category, and an opaque referral code are optional. The form does not request bank statements, identity documents, proof of funds, deposits, or bids.

WHY IT IS USED

The information is stored in protected project records so an authorised representative can assess and respond to the enquiry. Marketing consent is separate, optional, and unchecked by default. When an enquiry is stored, its details are sent to the project team by email (Resend) and text message (Twilio) so it can be answered promptly. No external analytics are active.

ADMINISTRATOR INBOX

Enquiries and the replies sent to them are visible only to explicitly provisioned administrator accounts. There is no public sign-up, and administrator access is granted by the project team, never self-assigned. Replies are sent from the project's notification address with the public contact address set for replies, and a copy is retained with the enquiry.

COLLECTOR DASHBOARD

Collectors may create an account (or be invited by the team) to view their own enquiries and the replies sent to them. A collector can see only their own records; administrator notes and other collectors' information are never shown. An account's email must be confirmed before any enquiries are shown, and collector accounts never receive administrator access.

AI CHAT ASSISTANT

The chat button in the corner of every page opens an AI assistant that answers from the site's approved public content about the car, its sources, and the tentative auction status. No sign-in or personal details are required, and the assistant is instructed never to request or accept bank details, identity documents, proof of funds, deposits or bids. A chat message is not an inquiry, an offer or a bid.

Messages sent in chat are processed by an AI provider to generate a reply; please do not share sensitive personal or financial information there. To keep the assistant available to every visitor, each visitor is limited to about 20 messages per hour. That limit is counted from an anonymised network key rather than your name, email address or a device identifier, and only the message count against that key is held briefly before it expires. Chat text is not stored in the project's inquiry records, is not used for marketing, and is not shared with the auction partner.

AI TOOLS FOR THE TEAM

Authorised representatives may use an AI-powered drafting tool to prepare a reply from the enquiry text, and administrator-only AI tools may summarise a collector's enquiry history to help the team respond. Every reply is reviewed and sent by a person, and these summaries are visible to administrators only.

COLLECTOR EMAIL UPDATES

The optional email sign-up on the homepage and in the footer stores your email address, the consent wording and version you agreed to with its time, where you signed up, an opaque referral code if present, and the page language. These records are kept separately from collector enquiries. Collector updates are sent only after you confirm your address from a confirmation email, and are sent through Resend, the email service the project already uses. Every email includes a link to opt out at any time. Email delivery is currently held while setup is completed, so no updates are being sent yet.

RESEARCH REPORT REQUESTS

Requesting The Value of a Legend stores your normalized email address, report edition, request time and placement, delivery status, locale, and an opaque referral code if present. It does not register a bid or qualify a buyer. The optional collector-updates checkbox is separate and unchecked by default; only checking it starts the existing confirmation process. Public visitors cannot read report requests. Report email delivery remains held until the verified domain and approved postal-address requirements are complete, while the PDF and HTML edition remain available directly.

ACCESS AND CONTACT

Public visitors cannot read submissions. Administrative access must be explicitly provisioned before launch. Until response procedures are finalised, privacy and enquiry questions may be sent to motownmissile1970@gmail.com .

Retention terms, international transfer terms, and final production privacy terms remain subject to professional review before launch.
